The Filter was replaced with a K&N race filter, new Suzuki spark plugs with the last oil change. And all of this with only 88xx miles on it. It also is lowered with a link that can go all the way down to -4" its @ -2" now, has a black double bubble from puig, The R6 thottle mod * allows for WOT alot faster, exhaust SET removed link below *frees up 2+whp and give it a nice deeper sound.

First I have heard about going down in power. Every where Im searching now says how the 06 was better then the past (Stronger, more adjile in the turns, and a higher top speed)?? What im reading from a quick google search says 127.3 hp for a 04-05 750
And for the 2006 everythings about the same but 129hp and went from 12.3 to 12.5 compression?? There are problems with the 06 such as the thottle not all open all the way twisted making you have to adjust your hand ( My bike has the r6 thottle that fixes that) And a exhaust valve right before the muffler for better thottle responce. It is common to remove this in the 06-07 which mine is removed and its dyno proven to get +3whp and +1wtq And removing 5lbs?? Now nothing to big but its free stuff. I cant find anything to verify the older bikes having more power but we all think our bikes are the best. I just cant see suzuki making a step back when everytime a new model comes out its because its a new step foward.

2004-2005 had 155hp same as the R1 of the same years. Those two years Suzuki was competing in AMA SuperBike, to stay out of the Daytona class the bikes minimum HP had to be greater than 140hp. So the 750 got a 1000 Bottom end and a Special TSCC 750 Head. Mine puts down 149 to the wheel. After 2005 They dropped out since all the AMA drama and being bought out. This is why Maladin dropped out of racing and returned home to Australia, i saw his last race in Millville, NJ great race. Sad to see him go and watch what is happening to AMA racing

In Orlando.
looking further I found that they say 150 they also say the same for the 06-07 from uncreditible sources. But numerous shows with dyno's and looking at people who have dyno proven charts on gixxer.com say they same suzuki and creditble reviewers (2 wheel tuner, SS bike ect...) Say what I posted. I ignor a majority of the reviews since most are leaning on their favorites. The 06 came out and won many awards. That is stated from Suzuki their self. It doesnt matter. everyone has their own opinions, Mine is that the 06+ is a much better bike all around from looks to performance. Parts do cost a little more for them but ill say its like comparing a Cobra vs. a GT. Yes parts are more but the pay off is greater.
I do have a 2004 gsxr motor I was going to put on a kart I had. I can see the exhaust is different. May use that in a old mini cooper or smart car down the road.

I never heard of that thats more then 1000's very weird may have been a factory freak is the only thing that makes sence on that. Just race gas with out adding timing really wont effect much at all. So thats unbelieveable? Shoulda kept that one

^^ I would call suzuki on that bike. 1000's put down 130's stock, so for your 750 to put down more then that stock. And without some tuning usually exhaust may hurt you a bit. And by "Race exhaust" You mean? A full yoshi? 2brothers? TI force? And again usually you run race gas to get some more timing and without adjusting it at all it added power. Thats unbelievable. Keep that bike it must be a factory freak.
