I paypal'd him money for the exhaust and for the windshield, I have yet to receive any confirmation that either have been shipped. I Sent money Tuesday, he said he would ship it Wed or Thurs. Friday came and I called him, he claimed he was going to ship it out that day when his friend comes. I asked for him to contact me after he shipped it out. Saturday came, no word, tried calling him no response. Be weary, I'll keep you guys posted. If he comes through I'll let you know if not, you'll still definitely know.

If you send the items I'll be very grateful and I'll vouch for you for any future deals. However, keep in mind, your dealing with other people's money so please understand my reaction or the position of any person from a buyers standpoint.

Whether this cat ends up sending you anything or not doesn't matter at this point....3 days before making a freaking claim on someone is just......i just don't know what to say to that. If i were the seller and you pulled that shit i'd just not send you anything and make you work your ass off for the refund just for being a douche.

Had he simply replied to my PM's, phone calls, or threads I'd be more than willing to give him more time, but he did not. I did not do this without reason. I did some research and it seems that this was not the only buyer/seller complaint he had on himself. I'm just protecting myself.

How would you feel if a seller was quickly to reply to all buyers who show interest then suddenly become hard to contact/disappear after you send payment? A sudden change in response time or character after recieving payment is very fishy. If you don't feel the same then we part at our differences.

i just wrote him i promised you would have it by next thursday and fyi you sent the payment wed night i believe sorry i cant be on my computer 24/7 but im in the middle of moving everyone has gotten there shit hell i may be parting the bike out but im not trying to make a huge profit off this stuff either ask the guy that came and picked up a clean frame and title for $500 from the bike and if you dont take the claim off im not goin to send the items out alls im doing is making sure payments clear my acount before i shipp.... but you froz my acount and now it says i have untill july 7th to come up with a tracking number...

Be it as you may, but again multiple alias's and your response to buyers who are interested vs buyers who paid is just fishy. I've checked your SN's log on times and you've logged on multiple times here and else where in a single day and nearly everyday, yet you still fail to contact me. However, when it comes to responding to an interested buyer, you reply nearly instantly. I have friends who are also part of these forums and have requested them to show interest in your products. I will keep them anonymous but, nonetheless, they have verfied my concerns. So I am hesitant to believe your reasons on your avaibility and ability to access these forums. Texting, PMing, Email and voice mail IS at your convenience any legitimate seller would use them at there disposal.

I can easily link you to a thread on performanceprobe.com where someone also put a buyer beware; or here under a different alias where people were hesitant to buy because they believed the products to be stolen. Any competent person who is really curious can do the proper research and discover what I have.

I also don't understand why you have to wait for the funds to clear out of your paypal account till you ship out the product. Once the funds are transferred from my account to yours, that money is as good as yours. I've done many buying and selling and I've never waited to clear out my paypal account to ship something. The moment I see that money, I ship it out asap. I have been using paypal for a while and understand the difference in protection from ebay to outside of ebay and what you do is either bad business or calls for concern.

These are only some my concerns that led to my actions. Again, I'm sorry for any inconvenience I may have caused you but I'm just protecting myself.

Holy crap, this verifies everything i thought. You sir are a strong candidate for douche of the year. BTW, for someone who supposedly uses PP on the regular you seem to not be aware of how it works. There are times when payments are pending and PP will hold it pending for a couple days. This usually happens with newer accounts, yet they will do this for accounts that show suspicious activity. Since you say you've been using PP for a while that only leaves the latter. That being the case the seller is probably right to have held off due to your questionable account activity and the fact that you are clear across the country trying to buy something off a local board in FL.

I'm not sticking up for the seller cause i have no idea who they are, but man you sure are a class A dick when it comes to buyer shit.

I've attempted to call you several times. Why don't you pick up? I'll lift the hold when you refund my money. Really, its not that hard... you go to paypal and your send me the same amount I sent you. It will confirm in a few hours then I notify paypal immediately that we settled.
