There are times when payments are pending and PP will hold it pending for a couple days. This usually happens with newer accounts, yet they will do this for accounts that show suspicious activity. Since you say you've been using PP for a while that only leaves the latter. That being the case the seller is probably right to have held off due to your questionable account activity and the fact that you are clear across the country trying to buy something off a local board in FL.

I'm amazed that I even had to come on this board and speak up for this guy. If the seller was even half the man he claims to be, he'd man up and answer the phone. Yes there are times when everyone can't get to their phone but that doesn't mean there isn't a time when you absolutely cannot call back when in fact you can. Just typing a response on this board is enough time to clear the air and squash the miss communication yet you still fail to do so. You even have his NUMBER that he GAVE to you and still can't call back? Even after he files a claim you still can't call back? Is it really that hard to pick up the phone? You picked it up and gave him a phone call as soon as he gave you interest that he wanted to purchase the items from you and the moment he sends you money is the moment you stop responding? Had it been any legitimate seller, the fact that the transaction was such a hassle, the payment made would have been refunded and any future business would never occur again. Do I see the same in cowboy301? No where close. How does he resolve this matter? By threatening to send nothing and steal his money. Stealing is a felony. The balls in your court on how far you want this to go. Its easy as abc's & 123's to send his refund and never see this guy/speak to this guy again.

well if you want to know sice you say its suspiouse that i "had" a 970 area code its because i didnt change my number up untill about a week ago and now groove has my current number he calls me at wierd ass times when im at work so im not gonna answer and get introuble at work thanks but like i said the item is shipped i posted the tracking number and i gave it to paypal ...Also i have had bad feedback about 3 years ago on a probe forum because i did loose a part and i ended up just returning the guys money ...so yeah that guy was upset im not trying to hide anything!!!i would also preffer local pick up so i dont have to deal with idiots that put claimes on you because they havnt recieved somthing 2 days after they paid for somthing and call you at all hours of the night sorry but what would you do honestly?????

Funny how even after things escalate you still won't resolve the problem by simply refunding my money. And here is a reminder of our conversation on kawiforums,
"yo why did you put a hold on my acount if you didnt want the item you could have just not said you wanted them i was wating for the payment to clear my acount before i shipped so if you dont want them then i will refund and not ship if you do i willl ship them and you will have them by thur like i promised but the hold needs to be taken off lmk asap if not i have another buyer."
So yes, you did say you would refund the money if I said I no longer wanted the items. Clearly I stated I'd take the refund, I mentioned it several times in this thread.

In any case, we'll just have to wait for the confirmation to be validated and for it to arrive here.
