i have a 1977 puch maxi moped with a 1 speed 50cc motor. has brand new tires, exhaust, tune up kit, bmx bars and grips, brand new throttle cable, and brand new adjustable rear shocks. runs strong and is road legal. 100mpg and no motorcycle license needed. no title but you only need a bill of sale to register it and i can give you one. i also have all the stock parts that will go with the moped.
