Do they still call it coning if you take out a concrete barrier with your rear bumper.
Oddly enough, I look at drifting and it looks easy to me.
I spend all my time trying not to drift. (end old man rant)Cobra Kai Racing - Sweep the leg.

I wish I had his car control. You might not win any races driving like that but it looks like a lot of fun.
Hell, just give me a big empty expanse of pavement like that and I'll have even more fun learning that car control one smoked set of tires at a time. I'm the only 240SX driver who has never drifted and I wouldn't mind trying. It seems to me that being able to purposefully initiate and control a slide would build my confidence to push harder on track, knowing that I could rein it in if I pushed too hard and things got out of hand. It's hard to drive at the limit when one step more puts you out of control and out of your skillset to cope with it.

well the RWD drift is one thing, when you can drift an AWD car and control it, that's talent. I don't care if you are rallying or drifting. any cold shoe can get a rwd car with power to power slide. actually it's been argued over about 1700 cases of beer at my last count, if a RWD or FWD car makes a better rally car. if you want loose surface car control come to the rally cross int he 14th of DEC.. It's not rough, and you can try your hand at loose surface. it's like drifting but without the loss of tires, and the attitude problems.

The boy has some mad skillz - car control to the max - I'd love a shot at driving an awd car with that sort of HP.
