Upcoming Autox's?

I know theres a schedule up top but I still don't understand when and where the autox's are and how much they cost to attend.

The car that will be autoxing is a hyundai tiburon, will this compete in Solo II? I'm sorry for sounding like I did no research of my own but I'm really confused on which events to attend and I can't find any that are close to the tampa area.

Also what is admission price and where can I find a checklist for things I need to do to prepare the car? Thanks

sunriders on 2/22 is your best bet. Check them out at sunriders.com.
Sorry your tiburon is not competitive, but it is eligible compete. Just make sure your battery is secure and your lugnuts are properly torqued.

Thanks for the info.

Yes I know the tiburon isn't the best choice for autox, but its not my car As far as being competitive I'm really coming out to have fun and improve driving skill, never been much of the competitive type. How much does it cost to come out and do I need a helmet or will they supply me one? Thanks again man

$30 for non-members I think - there are loaner helmets - they even get disinfected once a year! Lots of folks to help you through a first auto-x there. The 22nd is the next event close by.

That's the spirit! I autoxed an automatic cavalier convertible for 2 1/2 years, I never won, but I learned a lot. The sunriders events are great for beginners. Have fun.
