I didn't even touch on layering but as a side note, as most agree here, it is usually not needed and a waste of money IMHO.
As far as pushing it just because I own a store-no. Everyone here who personally knows me and my shop knows this. I let people make the decision on their own after listening to our shop demos, reading their own research, hearing other cars with it, etc. As with Luke (and any other reputable retailer), we tailor each system and estimate to the vehicle, customers needs, and budget.
And, more times than not in the late model stuff, we mostly use it to chase down noises. Know what my best seller for sound deadner is? Stinger's Roadkill license plate kit! And, those who purchase some pretty hefty sub packages but decline the license plate kit on the initial install, usually return within days (sometimes hours) to have it installed-once their friends tell them how good it sounds inside, and how bad it sounds outside!Matt-check out these deals: http://www.tamparacing.com/forums/mc...ood-stuff.html
