That was an old meter, and nowhere near what a 157 is on the current Termlab, or even AC-190. Shit, that was probably on the stick mic. And speaking of 12 12s and the new Termlab, Eric Alexander was doing 162+ at the headrest on music, with 1,500rms a sub, and only 12 12s. But who cares? I was unaware this was a "my dick is THIS big!!!" contest.

Once again, old meter. And that was just a fartbox, so how does this relate to a daily driven musical car?

Keep in mind, thats Ed/Jethro's meter. That thing meters way higher than a regular termlab, everyone knows that. So in reality, its probably closer to a 144-145. How much power was that with? Thats really not very impressive. I was doing a 141 legal on music around 38-40hz with 2 Xplod 12s and a refurbed Boss 2chan amp, pushing about 300rms. Thats with a regular TL, not Jethros. Give me 2 more Xplods and I would have been right there with you, with only 300rms.

Did you even read my post? Did you see the conditions there were when the scores were gotten? This wasnt spending a day tweaking, testing, and tuning. This was throw the mic on the dash, burp a few notes, then be done with it. Ill let you know when I get some real numbers.

Well it obviously doesnt sound like its "just joking". And what about "Big Cody" calling me? You try to make me sound like a bitch by making up some stories about people who I have never heard of calling me. Whats the deal with that?

So if you really think its so unimpressive, and you are the master at build loud cars, build something that will be louder than me and bring it out. Ill definately make it out to that show. Heck, just toss something together thats kinda loud, doesnt even have to be louder than me. Until then, dont waste your time talkin shit over the interwebz?

Wow

A bunch of YoYo,s sticking up for their buddy isn,t that sweet, must mean they are about to get their friend with access to shut this thread down to do exactly that.

Here is the real deal I currently own the vehicle that holds the County and State Record in Mini Street 2 of the Street Jammers League and no one entering into my class has been able to defeat me yet since I entered that class so if you think you can come on out to the next show and lets find out.

Oh yeah my boy owns those records for the Mini Street 3 Class and Big Cody ( we built his system also) is the record holder in the Advanced One Class

So lets see the last show me and my boys walked with 3 first place trophies and one third place plaque (and Big Cody Did not even enter because he just wrecked his shit LOL)

There is a different show coming up on August 3rd being put on by Style -N- Sound we are gonna join that competition League also so if you want to come out shut us down feel free to do so

wow we finally agree on somthing. Talk is cheap, everytime an event comes up i post it on this site. Every time no one shows up. Wow the cars that are getting done in this forum take longer than any car ive ever seen. Ther is allways an issue with the subs or an amp or a line driver or an altenator. well ive posted the next show that gives u time to tweak. No one else out there in running on 16 volts . If u come out and destroy the competition,I will make a formal appoligy but seeing as no one shows up i dont think ill have to. Next show Aug 3 1200 34th st south st pete 33711

Class Requirements for Street Jammers "Mini Streeet 2"

Jerm posted them already but here they are again

Mini Street 2
two 12" subs and 1500 watts RMS or under

So another words if you have 15" subs you cannot be in this class or if you have over 1500 Watts RMS you cannot be in this class.

This is the most competitive class out there because there are more people that can afford to be in this class .

But most people do not have the skills to build a system to do the SPL in this class.

Wow, Not sure who fed you this shit "Probably Big Mike when he bitch slapped you with the sale of your system"

But first of all Ed and Jethro have two different meters and they are both Term Labs Ed's is an older Termlab but still very accurate. Term lab's are all extremly accurate very little difference between them any more

Next Ed and Jethro are both National Level Competitors in Iasca, NSPL, and USAC which have both actually won and held world records in multiple classes over the last 15 years.

Come on Down to the Shows and put up or shut up

The show is at E & E Car Audio's Shop and being run by Ed Eason using a Term Lab Meter which is the same meter they use at Iasca and DB Drag so another words you can't get much more official than this show and to boot Ed has one the best reputation's in the Tampa Bay Area as a Car Audio Industry Profesional.
So come up and meter that bad boy and tell Big Mike to come with his Entourage.
PS chances are you will destroy everybody that has been coming to these shows lately, and there are plenty of trophies to go around at these shows.

For all us smaller folk that have loud cars but figure this guy will destroy us its alright because there are 8 or 10 different classes to compete in so you will be going against people that have the same basic amount of power and subs as in your car so come out and join the fun and get your car metered too
Maybe you can win a trophy also.

If I bring my manual and a DMM to show my Sundown 3000 is running at 2 ohms (1500watts) could I run in that class? I know I could devour a 142 with 1500 watts. My very first system I averaged a 139.9 with one 12 and JL1000/1 in very low tuned box.... and I didn't know shit back then lol.

727 slow down read the rules/classes u run 2 15s i run 2 12s. 2 15s have almost as much cone space as 4 12s. apples and oranges.Im not gonna build a bigger car until the end of the year . I plan on finishing this year (dominating)this class and then move up. but if u wanna build a car to this class we can run it. You know ill be there

A quick question why didnt u run your car

Autotek HC250

Yea manufacturers lie about there wattage on a regular basis

I remember the Autotek HC Series when they rated the HC250 at 100 Watts RMS and it did well over 1000 Watts RMS

The classes are broke down accordingly to make it all fair so that you are going against people with the same basic set up as yours.

They do have a class for you and it would be Advanced 2,

that was the same class your boy with the Toyota 4 Runner was in

and oh yea he got his ass kicked but his gains did get "knocked" down accidently or by sabotage LOL

Come On Out And Put It On The Meter
