another problem

Ok so i have a boss 760w amp of some sort running my two rockford p1 punch 10's. k so one night i got home and it was raining like hell and lightning i left my car outside my system was working fine and all i come out later to move it in and i get in and the subs start hitting by themselves just like crazy for no reason the radio head was off. i switched out amps figuring my boss was blown to an alpine vpower mrp 220w. same thing with that. my ground wire is fine its on the body. ive checked all my fuses. the settings on my amp are fine and not touched. my speaker wire is all hooked up good and my ground wire is fine too. does anyone know what could be causing this? i know my alpine amp isnt blown too so idk
