ya its split wood i broke my only bit on it when i was predrilling theres a drill bit in there somewhere lol but the baffle was pre drilled must have just gave away
looks like a horn now lol bring it by anytime ill have the piece of wood precut i still have the cut sheet by next week |

![]() wood glue and staples.. why do people insist on using wood screws on installs like this, the only time i have ever seen any screws being used is for really high power spl setups. this looks like a street beat set up.. and why the hidden sub? why such a long port with a sealed face.. thats kind of backwards.. but hey, how did it sound. |

^^ If he used wood glue it wouldn't break cuz of splitting. I admit I am guilty of splitting some wood, but not one of my boxes has ever even came close to coming apart.
