Will a marine head unit work in a vehicle?

I havent done this before, and just want to make sure. I dont see why it wont, but wondering if anyone has any more info. Here is the one shes looking to get.

Good luck getting that to fit in a dash. Other than that, it should work.

i noticed it does not have a voltage rating on the page, beware...

I would say yes, if you can get it to fit and a plus is its waterproof.
