MDF isn't airtight, fact or fiction?
I read around and a site said MDF wood isn't completly airtight and that you should run atleast 1 layer of fiberglass resin to plug up all the tiny holes in the wood. So what do you say guys, fact or fiction?

The amount it would leak isn't going to make rat's chance in hell of a difference. Although I have seen people spray that rubber shit or even dynomat the interior of their boxes as an extra precaution. Not really worth it in my opinion.

my dad is in construction.. he has some glue shit thats liek stronger then the actual wood.. meaning if u break a piece, glue it back togehter and try to break it again.. it wont break where u glued it 9 times out of 10... but theres nothing rong with the wood.. and sounding like ass? i dont think so it was cleaner then anybody elses that i knew haha..but w.e if yall think that mdf is the almighty wood then go spend the extra money on it
