I figured that this would be the best place to get this info. I am looking for a mechanic that won't rip me off. Mechanic we used for past 9 years closed last year, haven't had any major mechanical issues until last week. The rear end, supposedly, went bad on my pick up..well it was replaced and I am still having issues, noises, really rough shifting, and the guy that did the job doesn't want to stand behind his work. So...I am in desperate need of an honest mechanic that knows what he is doing. I have a 92 chevy 1500 pick up, that I am now terrified to drive because of the way it is running. Any help/advice or recomendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and God Bless
