Im Holding A Car Wash Event At Checkers On Hillsborough And Hanley In The Big Lots Parking Lot. I'm Raising The Money To Help My Daughter Retain An Attorney To Protect Her From Getting Molested Any Further, Unfortunatly Department Of Children And Family Services Keeps Dropping The Ball. And Think That This Case Is A Joke. My Baby Is 3 Yrs Old And I Cant Afford To Hire An Attorney. Im Planing To Have A Car Wash In Brandon/valrico Area So People Wont Have To Travel To Far Because Of Gas Prices And Econy In Itself. I'm Also Planning A Stunt Bike Show In The Next Couple Of Weeks But There Will Be A Cover Charge Because I Have To Find Location And The Riders Thought That It Will Generate More Funds For The Cause. Even If You Show Up It Would Be Greatly Appreciated. There Will Be Donation Stations Throughout The Parking Lot. Remember Anything Is Appreciated. I Dont Know How Much Its Gonna Take To Finalize This Case But If You Have Kids You Should Understand What I Mean By Wanting To Protect My Baby. Please Help Out.

not to get too personal, but why do you need an attorney to keep your child from getting molested? do you not have custody of the child? this sounds like a really good cause. me personally, i would be in jail if i found out someone was molesting my child bc i would have already killed them.

if i do something stupid then how can i protect her.....? i have shared custody, florida is a mother state, she abandoned my daughter and i was raising her for over a year with the help of my family but she took all our savings and left me and my daughter broke. she came back and i agreed to shared custudy because she said she was dying and had cancer and brain tumors. now she's dating some loser that apparently knows how to molest people, because unless theres physical proof the police wont do anything or dcf. it would be just blah blah blah to them and they dont care. he has to screw my kid and scar her up visously before they can consider bringing criminal charges.

i dont have a paypal account thats why i was doing the donations at the car wash.... plus i dont want to accept it online like that because i dont want anybody second guessing the cause, thats why i wanted to do the event, or if you can you and your friends can collect and if one of you guys or gils can get an opportunity to swing it by and tell me its techchild crew that put it together. i really hope people come out and support the cause, im reaching out to my family and also on here cuz i used to be the weekend racer also but now with my kid i dont anymore unless she is stayig the night with my moms.

apple trauma services has concluded their report and has a strong case toward the mom's boyfreind. thanks guys, i hope everybody can show the support, my shorty will be there to thank everyone, im also trying to put together break dancers, if anybody knows anybody that break dances please ask them to come to car wash, im trying to think of anything that will bring attention. my brother is putting together bike show still so no final plans on that but he is working on it asap, but if you have a bike come out also, this carwash is obviously gonna be no cover. remember anything is appreciated. people that may remember me i had the lexus gs300 98 with full cat back exhaust that never raced, but i had my reasons, and now more than ever. i lost everything and i will be damned that i will lose my baby, im finally getting finances back in order with the support of my peoples and and family. alot of you people dont know what it is to have to take your daughter to meet up point with the people that are hurting her and you cant do anything cause of a shared custudy order. my daughter this sunday started crying when she saw him there, and she was like papi, kevin is there please dont let them take me their gonna hurt me again........ on my drive back home i couldnt stop crying, now im on meds for anxiety and depression and i dont sleep....... anybody i dont care weather its change to dollors .... anything you help with will be treated the same way, because ur helping me save my baby, car wash is confirmed this saturday at the checkers on hillsborough and hanley in town n country, see you guys there thanks again

im reaching out to all the car clubs, no matter what beef we may all have had at one point, when it comes to our kids we would all set aside our differences and help out one another, our kids are innocent and dont deserve anything bad to happen to them. car clubs to solo riders, bikers to croch rockets and muscle to classic im calling out all possible ways to attract a crowd for a good cause and accepting all donations, there will be no cover. please everyone please come out and support

i just got word finally that dcf is starting an investigation on this, wooooo whooooo finally something positive going in my baby's direction. just wanted to share this with you guys. i cant wait to see the turn out for saturday, hopefully i can reach the retainer and additional funds when we go over on time frame, to make sure she covered and the attorney wont try to delay anything.

Thank You for who came out, and especially D2G he and his friends and especially his girl showed a lot of love and were the first and the last to leave, I was moved by the support that my daughter got, I was a bit disappointed that a lot of car club members that said they were coming out and got info from me and never even showed face. im not saying you were forced to come to the event but don't get me and me daughter hopes up if you don't have any intentions of showing, all I asked was for an appearance to attract attention from the streets, I didn't even ask for the car clubs and biker clubs to come and donate any money, just a few moments of their time and make an appearance that's all...... but again I want to thank everyone else that did keep their word. I guess everyone cant always make it, but there was a 80% of people that never showed up. I would respect it more if you keep it real and just say maybe, instead of saying that you were coming at a certain time and if I could hold a spot for you. im holding no spots for anyone anymore. this is for my daughter and some people on TR are really cruel and im sure if this were happening to their kids they would want some kind of support from there so-called community that they are affiliated with. im not jumping the gun here I mean really 80% of the people that said they were coming never called back or even showed face, I would understand a phone call or an email back at least, but I got nada, zip, zilch. maybe this Saturday at AutoZone it will be different, its at parsons and Brandon blvd which to the people everywhere that's 60 and parsons on the right hand side before you hit parsons in the plaza going east bound. looking at starting between 9 - 10 am till whenever

Jorgensen & Ozyjowski PA, this is the law firm handling it, this has been ongoing for over a year and dcf has continuously dropped the ball as they have for thousands of children throughout the Tampa area. Apple Trauma services has been conducting therapy 1 on 1 sessions and have come to a conclusion of the abuse still occurring. the child has repeatedly during her 1 on 1 sessions released information and has shown several signs and symptoms of abuse along with mental abuse. the money is going to hire an attorney to make dcf do their job and protect the child from further harm. if you want further proof or and docs regarding this you can show up yourself and see them in person. im not going to release any additional information regarding the case because it is not public records an can damage this case and its outcome. mind you she is 3 yrs old, and is can not fabricate these allegations but yet too young to point out the accuser in court because of her age. therapy was originally started because I felt that the system will never help her, and if I did something to them, then how was I supposed to help her if I was incarcerated. so the therapy was to help her from regression and nightmares that continue occurring at this time. when therapist is backing her and expression concern for her safety that helps me have hope in protecting her. im lexnyc79, if u or anybody wants any additional information then private message me with your contact information and we can have a discussion. but I can not post anything additional that may jeopardize this case.

I'm sure D2G knows of my skepticism and I noticed a few ppl in here were asking the question around the bush as well, so being the skeptic that I am I hope you don't take offense that I called Jorgensen & Ozyjowski, PA. (cause theres so many ppl that are full of bs in this world sorry) and they knew exactly what I was talking about and for anyone unsure they did confirm that they are representing him in this case which they called a custody suit, close enough for me, as you said we may have all had are up's and downs, differences and arguments, but when it comes to our kids, (I have two little ones as well)i'm a supporter, I will be out Saturday before work, I can't stay for a wash but I will drop a small donation.
