one changes the inboard mount location in effect moving the upper a-arm in or out. the second you can move the connection to the upright at the plate. in my opinion the later is better since it's more adjustable and easier to get to. but you can imagine the top one is less expensive. They both adjust kingpin inclination, however, by making the arm effectively longer or shorter you also change the camber curve. it's a matter of what you are trying to accomplish and what is legal in a given racing class. you can only adjust the inner mounts so far before you'll get interference, and I'm not crazy about weakining that inner mount did you see that k-sport was blowing out their adjustable a-arms 1/2 price I posted a couple days ago.
one is just a nicer cleaner solution to do the a-arm.
what are you trying to achieve? I find most hondas to have good camber curves even after they are lowered.

more often then not it's toe not camber that is eating the tires. a civic should not eat tires with 1.5-2 degrees of static camber but you have to adjust the toe. if your trying for handling the static camber is not always a bad thing..
If your drag racing then it's vital to get the contact patch flat under launching so a lot of negative camber is not desired...
I'm more then glad to sell you the discounted A-arms. for $129 but you may not NEED them

It might be your toe that needs adjusting.
If you want someone to look at it, let me
know. We can take a quick look at the camber also.-Bob
Generally as a car is lowered, the tie rods change the toe.
I prefer adjusting camber with A-Arms. I can usually go further
in adjustment than the other devices. Depending on the design,
I sometimes put in heavier duty ball joints that last longer.
I also like the rear adjusters that you show.-Bob
