yes it will bolt directly to the motor. you just need to make sure your driveshaft is the correct length.

how do i make sure its right length and this is a automatic tranny right pme details please.

if you have a th200c car then find a th350 with 6" tailshaft housing length
if you have a 700r4 car then find one with 9" housing length

you should have a 700r4 so you will need to find a driveshaft off a car with a 3" longer driveshaft

also it may have a different bolt pattern depending on if it was a buick, pontiac or oldsmobile.
