Well yes and No, I don't have any overstock for the SRT-4 however Tokico makes a Matched spring and shock kit. and it's only $399 for all four corners.

It's listed as for the standard neon, so you'll most likely see less then the posted 1.5" drop. but it is a great price for 4 springs and matched shocks.

personally I'd go for a full coilover since the SRT-4 should handle as good as it goes and I list 4 kits for the car and they are all in the 900-1000 price range..

There is A LOT of buzz around the adjustable ACR dampers from the 2001-2002 ACR neon.. they are built by dynamic suspension and I know someone who was on the development team of them. bad thing was only a couple hundred sets are in existance.

The NA ACR (American Club Racer) production was stopped in '03 since they couldn't justify 2 performance models of the same car, but the suspension was quite good. now there is an ACR SRT-4 which used close to off the shelf Tokico Illuminas.. (A MUCH CHEAPER ALTERNATIVE) as the DS double adjustable struts are $4000 units.

thanks for the info. 900-1500 is the price range for a set of co's for the srt-4. I don't want to used shocks and springs, because I can not run wide tires. wide tires tend to hit the spring perch. I have a set of IPP co's and a two are seized. can you get bc co's if so, how much. I would rather buy for a local shop and or person.

Sure according to BC's website their warehouse is in central Florida so I can get them. although they do look similar to a lot of the 44mm Monotube coilovers on the market. I'll call first thing in the morning and get you a price. but considering many of the Coilover Manufacturers use the same Damper I'd cross shop BG,D2,K-sport,and Megan to see which one is the best price. as they are all roughly the same spec.. but it's nice top know BC has the local wharehouse to help shipping cost.

actually I had not heard of IPP before but they look also like another private label brand from the same factory. if you want I can rebuild the ones you have it's $150 plus parts each damper. parts are only if somthing is broken inside, or a shaft is worn out.

I'll need to look at the broken pair to see what has to be done. but that's a lot more affordable then even the least expensive coil over, call me 609-290-6221 and we can arange an inspection to see if they can be rebuilt.

I called my 3 vendors Street Price is very similar and I know you want to buy local, so here is the deal

BC has a set in stock, can ship out today, Street Price online is $999 and I can honor that, except you don't have to pay shipping with me.

K-sport Just recently raised their prices and in effect priced themselves out of the market. they are $1050

D2 Just sold their last set can have a set airmailed but that adds $$$$$ if you wait 1.5 months for a set to come in the price is $999

so looks like the BC is the best deal for you. did you want to place the order? call the new shop number 813-333-1100

thew S13 WAS 850 last month... I expect an update this month on monday. nice thing about K-sport is if your ready to do business. I can chop the price on your kit and make it up on the next. if you want it installed, then i can really cut a deal. since I also have a standing discount On BC coilovers, but only for local people and I can't post the price.

any good deals on springs for an 00 civic?

Hey Paul, I have a set of Ground control coil overs that should work used in stock, $150

Most replacement uprated springs I list all sell between $185-$200 depending on which brand you choose.

we can do the k-sport spring package for.. lets call it $149 but there is no shipping etc.

any experience with the ksport springs? how do they ride and such.
its for my daily driver, the body roll and handling just drives me nuts, so im thinking of just doing springs and sways, and leaving it alone.
just dont want anything too stiff or bouncy.

The K-sport are a good compromise, 280# front and 230# rear not super race spec, but not so soft where your going to be bottoming out, on our crappy roads. (like a Tein S-tech) you're still going to eventually want a good shock absorber to get the best ride. but for the money it's a nice upgrade. you'll be looking at roughly 1.5-2" lowering based on model and equipment, sub boxes etc. this is about as stiff as I'd go with an off the shelf shock, Tokico Illumina or AGX. as for bars, back this up with some whiteline bars and it will corner on rails and still be compliant over most bumps.
