This is exactly why I support BVP. At times like this some other shops would ignore the customer regardless of who is at fault. It takes a bigger man to own up to their mistakes and correct them. :thumbup:

Ali, please don't get me started. You and I BOTH know you haven't been in contact with me about the check. I have shown up at the shop MULTIPLE times looking for you. Calling and texting YOU when the date you promised me passed. Be honest and act like a man. I appreciate you finally making this right. I don't want to post my story here because I am positive it's going to hurt the shop. That's NOT my intent. I just don't want ANYONE else to go through what I went through over there.

John their has been alot of stories about you car i know my side and you know yours im sorry this had to go this way. I am not trying to fight you on this I would be pretty upset to if my money wasnt refunded right away. Its fine if you want to tell customers your side of the story but in the long run it was corrected.

I am not trying to fight wih you either Ali. Nor am I trying to ruin the shop's or your reputation. I haven't told ANYONE the entire story. That wouldn't be fair to you or the guys at the shop. If I was pissed, I would have already put you on blast, which I haven't nor will I. However, if someone asks, I will tell them.
