bro, I am really suprised you are asking $4000 for an 87, TBI car. Clean or not, its probably worth $1800. Look around, and go put it on the 3rd gen board, see what they think.

Thanks but, the only 3rd gens I see for around $1800 are falling apart with over 100k miles. Faded paint, missing parts, and generally beat to hell.
I wouldn't put my car into the category

Ones that arent falling apart, missing parts, and still shiny, that are decent 91-92 models typically sell for 2000-3000
Sorry he is right, your 1987, non ground effect equipped base model, isnt worth nearly what you seem to think.

Well I'm looking to get a little more than what I paid for the car since I fixed some things.
I feel it is a fair price for the car. The 3rd gens I see for 2000 to 3000 usually have tons of miles I haven't seen any 61k original mile ones for that amount.
But please leave the thread to interested buyers, thanks

Good luck getting anywhere near what you want for it. Especially now with the way the economy is.

like I said, I can be completely wrong, so go put it on Third Generation F-Body Message Boards (http://www.thirdgen.org/techboard/)
before you do, look at the classified section and get an idea of what cars are selling for...if you are badly wanting to sell your car, then you should be in touch with what the market value is.
