97 camaro alarm help

hello i have an 97 camaro i need help with the stock alarm. my car alarm will not go off and it will not turn on. can you plese help me asap i have cash please let me know..........thx dj

the remote does not work and i beleave there is a short some were in it. i really dont know to much other than that i have been trying to find out day by day.

^^Have you changed the battery in the remote as asked above?? Thats the 1st place to start. If you have changed the battery and it still don't work you will probably need a new remote, but I would check all your fuses before you go buy a new remote. Anything else not working?

my remote is dead i took it to autozone and they had a tester they told me it did not work. i had some one come and look at it and i think they stole some parts from my car cause now it doing funny stuff. like the alarm will go super fast and now the windows dont wont to roll up or down or the power locks so i just dont know i tryed tursting people to help and i [aid them but they just fuked me so i just dont know.
