ok i have a 2000 dodge, was running for a couple days and all the sudden the next morning would not start. Took search on why it wouldnt start and they say it is the skim module preventing it from cranking the car. What can i do to somehow stop the skim module from preventing the car to start?

If its truely the SKIM disableing the car there is no way around it gotta take it to the dealership. Or someone who has access to a DRB III and has a connection with a dealership to get the codes.
You shure its the SKIM? Usually if its a SKIM issue the car will crank, start, run for about 30 seconds then shut off. It will do the the first time you try to start it. After you have tried once then it will usually lock you out and not even crank the car. After the lock out time has ended it should start the same process over.
