I am considering holding one.

I just figured with all the Lemons drivers and interested parties we might as well hold a school and get everyone educated on licensing, I feel like I was robbed paying $50 for a "Competition Waiver" at lemons. since I hold diffrent licenses, (none of which were considered valid) I should have Just renewed a "full" license. which in retrospect I could have done for not much more money.

I am talking to various sanctioning bodies about holding this school, my goals are to have an internationally recognized Body license everybody at school completion.

well there in lies the problem, many clubs to get a "seinor" license it can get pricey.. I can keep the school cheap but I've been getting prices from $90/yr (NASCAR) to $1000 (Grand Am) for license fees.. I am going to bet a school and all the forms etc is going to run ~$250 (based on a normal FIA license fees) funny thing one of the cheapest ones (Nascar) is also observed by many sanctioning bodies.

But to get upgraded to a "senior" license they want a resume with some NASCAR sanctioned events in it, not likely for most of us, whomever it ends up being, I'm going to make sure it can be transfered into a FIA license since almost every country recognizes them.

Would this be good for some one who has never had a license of any sort?

It's somewhat pointless unless you need it for something. Most sanctioning bodies will let you get a license from them if you have a valid one from a body they accept, preventing you from having to do their licensing schools. However, if you are only going to run LeMons, the $50 is cheaper...
