Friday, August 22nd - 3pm til 10pm

$20 per car on track
$10 per Driver
$10 Spectator

Just like the past practice events – no tire changer and usually no concessions – so plan accordingly. A course may be set up later in the day if drivers want.

All experience levels are welcome… just come out to get some seat time!

I actually might try and learn how to drift at this. I have never really tried to drift my car so this would be a fun time to learn. I will have my clutch and new axles done next week.

Yes, this will go rain or shine... so, come on out! We need to make sure we have alot of drivers so the owner will keep this going for us.

I work about 8-10 miles down the road from Desoto and can tell you there has been more sun/clouds than actual rain. If you look at the storm, I think it's rotation along with western track should keep Desoto relatively clear tonight. Just my opinion though.

^someone else did...on that bridge before ellenton (on the way home) there was what appeared to be a s13 with mad tyte driver's side damage, few firetrucks/emt/police were there...not sure if it was anyone from the event, but there was another s14 parked behind it. I need to get a car and take out there sometime lol.

yeah that was my friend in s13 coupe red one some asshole was going 100mph lost control of the car spent out and hit his side than he lost control and hit the wall with front end he said that he was going 70 so yeah

Great event everyone! We had about 25 cars come out... that's fantastic.
