I think that TampaRacing is missing a DIY (Do It Yourself) Forum/Section. I think if we had a DIY forum, it would further help fellow TR members knowledge themselves to do work on their car themselves!

It could go as follows:

This section is for posting DIY threads not asking how to do a DIY job. Please label all thread titles in a manner that includes DIY and a brief indication what the threads about and to what make/ model car and/year it may apply to.

If a thread topic would work on all make cars label it in this manner:
DIY: All make/model-Painting brake capliers
This is to help organize this part of the forum. This is because this forum has all makes and models and doesnt focus particularly on one make.

In each thread that does not apply to all makes and models please label it first by stating the:

Year/s:
Make:
Model:

Including pictures in your instructions to show exactly what your decribing, would help tremendously! More pictures is better in this part of the forum. As many pictures that show step by step how you accomplished the DIY job.

Hope you guys think this is a good idea! Let me know what you guys think..

^ Definately! I feel like most of the time when I have to look something up, DIY-wise, I have to hop over to other forums, which I hate to do. lol

Although the "general" type DIY section that you are speaking of does sound good and i will give it the +123456789. :)

i have been thinking this aswell, yet i think it would work out well if every tech forum had a DIY sect. It would help by categorizing each vehicle make into a particular forum for an easier referencing experience.
As opposed to weeding through the inqiuries hoping to find something after using the search function thus, creating alot of work for some inexperienced members.

Just my opinion

Sounds good! I have 3 or 4 word documents written with DIY jobs.
