i got my stock wheels and would like to paint black, but not a flat black soemthing that actually shines. thing is im new to all this and im not saying im going to do this myself cause that would be stupid. But whats the process of painting them.

i would have them powder coated personally

sand every thing with 180 grit and father out chips and other stuff that u can and then primer with three coats or more. then after that prep for paint useing 320 and then go back over with 400 or 600. 600 makes a better job
