Hood/Bumper/Fenders dont align right!!!

my hood doesnt align right with the bumper, there's a good 1/2 inch space between each other....anyone have any clue or suggestions or experiences??? i have a 94 integra....i tried pushing the bumper as far up as possible but it still has a good spacing between it....

and with the new 01 bumper, the fenders done align right but i figured out why.

Have you tried to slide the hood hinges down? <~ They should have a little play in them but I dont know about 1/2" :dunno:

aftermarket or OEM parts, car been in an accident, there is 1000000 different thigns it coudl be

the bumper isnt on right the left side (of the pic) is not aligning right due to the metal bracket

well, i figured out the fenders werent aligned right, one side was all the way to the front, the other was all the way to the back...i fixed that error, and the bumper fits pretty nice now, the only thing now is that after i pushed the "hinges" down, one side pushed and the other side didnt....and after i looked it feels like something is not letting it close all the way, or the locking/spring thing is too strong, cuz after i close it, and push it down some more, theres some good spacing....

maybe next time i have free time, ill take the fenders off, put the bumper to where it alignes with the hood, and then put the fenders back on and see if that works...
