Help!!! My 99 4 CYL Dodge Dakota has no spark.

Yesterday, I drove my truck home from ST pete with no problems. This morning, I wakee up go to drive and bam.. Nothing......

I hear fuel pump... fuel is fine. Engine is turning over, so thats cool.....


NO SPARK.. plugs look clean, I check all 4 and no spark...

I changed out the ignitor and NOTHING.

Anything else you can think of?

Is there a way to check spark off the ignitor and make sure that Im getting spark from there atleast?

I should be. I dont have a test light. Should I plug a spark plug in the out lead from the ignitor to see if its sparking?

get yourself a spark tester from advance autoparts, save yourself alot of time... You can hook that up to any plug wire, including the coil wire to see if you are getting spark.
