Need Help Installing Lowering Springs...

Just got some H&R Lowering Springs for my Daewoo Lanos. I have the know-how to DIY, but I don't have the tools, money, and location to do it by myself. How much would you guys charge me to do it? Again, I don't really mind if it's done at a pro shop or in someone's garage, just that it gets done.
