yea it will, any neon wit a bodykit looks better, are you looking to trade for a 99 2.4l 2 door R/T white neon, bodykit etc.

No, it doesn't look good. If you're gonna do anything then do the SRT-4 exterior swap on it.

its all in each opinion, to me srt kit is a waste because then it just looks like every other srt-4 and you still have the 2.0 sohc slowness. its more like a wannabe than something different. im my opinion if your going the route of a kit this one looks the best for 2nd gen's

yeah that car is clean, not the srt-4 front bumper though which is what i thought you were talking about, thats a good clean ride, i just ilke the yellow one especially if you have a big front mount its more on the rice side to stand out than clean
