Well I am Dodge Sprinter Van certified that I guess makes me special. Man I hated those fucking things. Those are one car I dont miss working on now that I no longer work for a dealership. If I could go back in time I would of told my dealership to get fucked when they sent me to that school :lol:

O well it was a fun trip to Atlanta (that was the only place who offered the training before Orlando offered it) and I picked up my viper cert while I was there also so it was worth it in the long run I guess. But then again the Viper isnt the funest car to work on either.

The new sprinter with the v-6 Diesel, has the possibility to be a huge pain in the ass... It's got guts. But From what they taught us, If there is any sort of internal issue. The engine needs to be swapped, because they say its all balanced internally, if a connecting rod needs replacement, all the rods and crank have to be done with it. We don't see enough Vipers for me to be certified with them. I'm working on all the Cummins Certs now, I've got those trucks coming through the woodwork.

Your correct as well as the older ones with the inline 5 cylinders. If something went south with them in the motor only one way to fix it lol. I loved it cause right before I quite to do my own shop the new 06's where starting to arive. I laughed my ass off when the lot porter tried to find the battery so he could jump it lol.
