%0mph humm, by the way is drag racing considred "getting from pt A to pt B faster than the other car? I learned this from a cop when I was 16, I provoked a race in my stang against a sweet 69 camaro , but I stopped at the speed limit. I lost the race but the cop was cool and gave him speeding and niether drag racing. But i learned the true def of drag racing!

I could have gotten from pt A to pt B faster than him while keeping it at 40% throttle and under 3k.

Does that make me a drag racer if im still ahead of him?

I believe it does. :D It's an exhibition of speed...it doesn't say the the speed has to be fast. Matter of fact, according to the new law, there doesn't even have to be another car. I assume that's in order to preclude running timed races on the street. Now doesn't that sound like a hell of a lot of fun? Oh, wait...isn't that called a rally?

It was bought at a police auction in South Carolina.

Yes it still has all the cop stuff on it, including the siren. :D

most any police auction has some sort of interceptor, its just hard to find a fbody...have to try the FHP auctions. just dont drive one at night...its like a god damn rave with the friggin alternator

seriously corey...its like you turn on your hi beams, then driving lights...but i think its only at idle, when your on the gas it seems to be ok.

That would be due to the 150A altenator. The car simply cannot spin the larger coils fast enough.

It comes like that to power the emergency lights and siren, laptop computer, electric donut warmer, Etc...
