another LT1 bows down to the limping beast

i went to sunshine tonight to test out the car to see if i couldnt work the bugs out, well 1st run i put down a 9.6 :nono: 2nd run 9.4 :nono: 3rd run 10.0 :wtf: 4th run 9.001 :( and final run i lined up with the z28, i had just turned the boost down to 15psi, was just trying to get across the line without it chugging like it had done the previous runs, we both reacted well (.540) and i got a great launch (1.822) and i was about 1/2 car ahead of him, then he got to my bumper and shifted and came back to my door, i hit 2nd and we were side by side but i was slowly creeping ahead then i hit 3rd and we were almost bumper to bumper but i ended up winning by .1129, and ran a 8.956@76...i didnt stop there, i had no stutter during the run but thought it was too good to be true, so i kept into it and right before i went into 4th the stutter came back.

im somewhat disappointed, last time out i was runnin 8.8 @ 78, now i have this boost issue i cant figure out, oh well, i guess even when im broke i can still pick on some little people.

i guess, i think the way its setup right now i can pull 8.7's out of it, i just gotta figure out what the hell is going on...who knows, maybe 106k has taken its toll on the turbo.

I was an infantry scout, my job was not to be seen and if I made contact, to run like hell. And Vince was in the Army also.

I get there at 2200 and she should be up shortly there after.
