I redynoed the R/T after putting in the new intercooler and I think I can now say that I have pushed the stock turbo as far as it is going to go. The poor little fella just cant move any more air than this!

The car is a 1991 Spirit R/T with stock computer, stock turbo, RR 3 core IC, 3" catless exhaust with Ultraflo muffler, +40's, and an adjustable FPR set at 35 psi base pressure vacuum line connected (about 42 psi with the vac line disconnected.)

The fuel curve is crap and the low end needs lots of work (way overfueled), but its the best I could do with just base pressure adjustments to work with and using the stock cal.

Peak boost on this run was 25 psi around peak torque wih boost pressure rapidly dropping to just a smidge under 15 psi at the top of the run as the turbo huffed and puffed in desparation! The test was made in 4th gear and with 93 octane pump gas.

It drops off like that becuase the turbo cant keep up with the airflow demands! A T3/T4 will solve the problem.

Your just running +40's and a FPR for fuel control with the MAP tricked? Sounds kind of hard to tune like that. Nice work though :)

Now you need to update your sig :p

Yep...thats it. +40's, a Rick Diogo AFRP and an adjustable zener diode on the MAP sensor that I made myself for $4 with parts from Radio Shack! Yes...it is harder to tune like that! But, any yahoo can just send out PayPal payments to vendors and order parts! I like to see what I can do to max things out first!

On that note.....I believe that my R/T owns the highest output of any stock turboed Dodge! At least that I know of!

Now you need to update your sig :p
Thanks for reminding me!
