deffinatly the clarion but the question is can you handle the 2000+ price tag.

goto cmttrading.com makes me mad to go there b/c it showed me just how much money i wasted when i could have saved.

The Clarion is really nice. I have the alpine cda 7995 and it's a pretty nice unit, then I added a dvd player and tv monitor....but for the price you can get the clarion all-in-one unit GO FOR IT. I paid a little more than the price of the clarion unit to buy everything seperate.

Clarion all the way if you can afford it, but then again the 7998 doesn't look that bad, i would go with the alpine in the middle...personally.

I'm middle of the road right now on those two

the alpine one is really nice, and I like a lot of the features, seeing how I dont use my dvd player too much already.

but if I want dvd again ya know...

True, also, not that you care, the green would match your car, but thats not the reason to get it you know :lol:

the 7998 for cd usage, the clarion for tv usage. or there is always eclipse.
