I have a ls motor that has 10:5 CR srp pistons in it with eagle H-beam rods no work done to the head but I was wondering what i would have to do to convert this motor over for a turbo setup that would generate good power, Idrive this car everyday so it would definitly have to be relieable, I know I have to change pistons but the rods are a good start. And who can build the block for a good price. And were should I start getting a turbo and everything together.

You do not have to change the pistons.
First get Hondata.
Then get a turbo kit, t3/t4 60-1, a great flowing intercooler, and get it tuned at SS.

What hondata unit do I need for my setup? And what is the going price.

with that setup, hondata and 15psi, you should hit 300whp with no problem. as long as its tuned right that compression is not a problem. boost away.

Talk to the guys at Secret Service, I'm sure they will set you in the right direction.

Less room for error but you would make allot of power at low boost and the turbo would spool quicker with that compression.

from what i've heard srp pistons suck ass. THey're the oem replacements made by JE. THey contain a much higher silicon content than the JE forged pistons. So they might be your weak point. Mind you...tuning is everything
