i really just stumbled upon this on another site...I looked at Chin Motorsports upcoming events at Sebring and most are booked for novices for the next few months.

You guys really need to try these road events. They're really not that expensive compared to other forms of entertainment, and they're more fun. Dale Mabry will be boring to you after a couple days on a real track. There are so many opportunities these days. www.SafeMotorsports.com is probably the most affordable. Chin is good. Performance Drivers Club, Porsche Club, BMW Clubs, check with the Vette guys they probably have something going. Also, most tracks have an open track day with instructors, give them a call.
Speedventures started in California and is now moved to the East coast. I haven't run with them yet but it is a timed event, which means get the hell out of the way if somebody is coming up behind you.
Hope to see some of you out there sometime.

i was impressed with how speedventures put on the event...i got more tracktime in than my brakes could handle.
