Anybody interested in joining me and others for a few Chin Motorsports Track Days? I'm currently looking at Moroso on March the 29th and Sebring on April the 19th. Give me a hollar if you are interested. They both have $250 entry fees on top of $40 annual membership. Look to get about 5 hours of seat time, with an instructor if you are a novice.

Hmmmm...sounds interesting. I've always wanted to try it. Just upgraded my race car too! No longer killing the '96 Altima out there. Just got a SVT Focus. Its itching to get to a track.
I'd be more interested in Sebring. Keep me posted....PM me or email: grommitdog@hotmail.com

Thanks-Ben

SVT Focus, eh? Good upgrade from the 4DSC....The track days aren't for a while, but when they come near, I'll post again to let you know. You can check it out at www.chinmotorsports.com, too.

Chin is a nice deal if you don't have any open track experience. I use to run with Wei-Shen at TrackSpeed. When TrackSpeed fell apart, he sort of bought what was left of it and formed Chinmotorsports.

SAFE Motorsports is cheaper and offers more track time, but you have to hold an SCCA license or prove that you have prior track experience.

I take that back. I'll be at the Chin event on 5/11/03.
$250 + $50 novice fee + membership....it's going to be nasty expensive but oh well...it's what I've been getting the car ready for.

Son of a bitch...
Just registered ($50) and figured I could simply put down my name and reserve a spot since I'm now a member....nope.
I'm required to pay $300 to reserve my damned spot. Grrr...
Decisions, decisions.
