Default b20 ef misfires after 6000rpm???

I just installed a 2001 b20z2 in my 1989 Honda civic hatch (originally dual point). obd 0 odb 2 injectors stock ls ecu. Car ran fine for a month with a 50 shot and all then randomly the car has a large loss in power and it sputters/misfires at 6000rpms on the mark every time. The car has a random misfire at idle and will sometimes randomly die or idle very low. I have no idea what it could be here is a list of what i have tried and/or replaced

new distributor
new plugs
new cap
new rotor button
new coil
checked fuel filter
checked to be sure all injectors where clean
checked tps
checked fuel pressure regulator
checked gas tank by pulling sending unit (very clean) no reason to beleave pump sock is clogged.
my last guess is the pump is bad and not giving enough pressure. i don't have the fittings to test this on a running car. but the pump works every time with no issues. why would it randomly become week and just that? tis why i dont beleave this is the problem.

any ideas?
