This will be where you fall in all 2003 SCCA Solo II events (unless a local chapter was to amend the classifications). Link: www.scca-milwaukee.org/Solo/carclass2003.pdf

Damn Kyle, I'm glad to see you finally had a chance to speed around the cones.

Too bad it was not at an event I could attend so I could see how the crazy bananna compares against the geriatric porsche.

To answer your question: if you were stock then you would be in DS but if you have the right mods you belong in SM.

Kyle, If I remember your mods correctly you do belong in SM.

The Ft. Myers crew still uses the SCCA rulebook to class cars. Other than Spec Capri and Spec Pinto that is...

Novice. :) Once you learn enough to class yourself, then you'll be wherever you go. :)

Basically, its the feeling of the CFR West "crew" that if you don't know what class you should be in, you SHOULD be in NOVICE. It just keeps things simplier for us during registration when we have 25 novices ask us what class they should be in. If they dont know, then they're in NOVICE.

If you want to run Street Mod, be my guest. Its upto you if you want to play with the big boys. I'd suggest running in Novice, and also asking for an instructor to ride along with you.
