2 step problem

ok so heres the facts 92 integra ls
just pulled motor and trans and painted engine bay i picked up a chipped ls ecu

so now i have my motor and trans back together and i put it in. now i turn it on and it stays in the two step...so i plugged my clutch switch in and i got my vss working it looks to be working now but still my two step want disengage?
does it matter that the car is jacked up and no tired are on? does it need to be under a load?

im havin the same problem 2 step wont shut off every gear it stops at 4000rpm
did u ever got to fix it?

if your vehicle speed sensor isnt working its gonna put a redline at where your 2step is set at.. i believe it does the same for tps.
