Default solution to excessive rear end sway? (s14)

I have a 95 S14 se with a battle version Ruca + ground control/koni setup.* the car rides very nicely as far as bound/rebound and roll goes but the rear of the car seems to have excessive lateral sway, its highly noticeable at highway speeds while turning in and out repeatedly (think tire warming technique.) i have stock sway bars and my bushings seem to be pretty tight so how can i fix this? I know some degree can be blamed on the stock 205/55/16 tire but i know theres more to it. I'm looking to get the rear dialed in super tight basically.

run a grippier/wider tire in the rear, aswell as wider wheels. or thicker rear sway bar, lower your tire pressure a bit, run anything less than 1 degree of camber, or put ballast in the trunk. just throwing things out there.

I think you're talking about deflection and/or shimmy, and not grip or roll like people have mentioned. This is almost completely due to your sidewall. Think about how much deflection the tire can have, in mm (probably 20-30mm). Then think about how much any bushing could possibly deflect even if it was missing all the rubber. The only one that would deflect more than a few mm is the subframe/chassis bushings. Try adding 5psi to your rear tires and going for a test drive. If it makes a difference, you're on to something.

kinda feels like the rear end is "wagging" but isn't really loosing grip.
anytime I've encountered that, it has either been bushings or tires.

I'd check the wheel bearings as well

little extra psi helped, im at 37 rear 35 front. im just going go all out on my suspension, if anyone could recommend to me the best rear sway bar available that would be cool. also, are rear subframe braces even worth looking into?

If the problem really is the tires then nothing on the suspension will help you as it doesn't effect the sidewall any.

agreed but its without a doubt more than just the sidewall doing it, im going to be running 18x10.5's in the rear soon so it'll just be suspension mods from there.
