Well, due to my unemployed status I was not planning on auto-xing this weekend, but now that I know there is a PCA auto-x I think I just may go to that one tomorrow.
Its nearby, only $20 and they give you lunch. Last time I went they said the next event was going to be on the new pavement, so that would be pretty nice too.
The 930 usually also cleans up its class. I could use an easy win.

Whoo Hoo, Number One again in my PCA class !
I am also happy to report that I was the third fastest porsche right behind Danny Sheilds and another guy in what appeared to be a modified new 911 Turbo or GT2.
Its usually like taking candy from a baby, though that guy with the nice silver carrera in my class did give me a run for my money. I ended up beating him by only five hundredths of a second.

Congrads.
Lets just hope I get a job fast enough so that unemployment does not cut into my auto-x budget.
Do you know when the next event is?

there aren't currently any scca events scheduled.
Porsche club events are open to all, however if you don't own a porsche or bmw, don't expect a trophy. They tend to be a bit fascist and only give trophies to each other.

yeah all are welcome at porsche events, however the field is a bit bizzare, they have porsche class, BMW class and "other" class taht stockpiles EVERYTHING else in one class.

Damn, and those SCCA bastards owe me a trophy . . . :x
I guess its time to put the street tires back on before I wear the BFGs down to a nub.
