I just found my new object of desire. I want a 11-12 sec turbo mirage. If I get a colt, at least it will still be a dodge :p

Good sleeper but I don't really like those colt/mirages. Then again a lot of people would say the same about my car and what I want to do to it :)

yes auto. why? well its more consistant if it would shift properly :x  and less wheel spin means better ET's but not at the moment since it took 18psi to run my time where it only took 15psi before and ran almost as fast so i guess next time out i should have everything worked out :)

I have an altitude disadvantage 1100 ft approximatly above sea level. Yesterday we had hail, I love winter :D
I thought CSX's came 5 speed only :? Then again I don't have one and don't pay much attention to them.

yeah i converted it about 2 months ago the thing that's still teasing my brain is the Logic Module still a 5 speed which has slightly different tables than a auto i believe the fuel map and timing are not the same(i would think)i should have installed a targa swith on the tranny neutral safety to alter the timing but haven't besides i wouldn't be able to see the results anyways with the way it shifts

must say i was happy with the 5 speed but wanted to try a auto in car and like it very much except for highway trips i need a 5 speed!!! (5 speed auto would be nice), i guess it not easy being satisfied who knows i might install the 555 i have while the Auto get rebuilt  if i don't get the auto done in time than i'll have the 5 speed in it at next TR meet :o

for some reason I prefer 5 pseeds to auto's. When I know why I'll tell ya.

I would love to have a 5spd in the K for the highway. With the 3spd auto, seems like it revs too high on the highway.
flybyuin2.2
10-28-2002, 11:55 PM
well i can't cruise 100mph at 3200 rpm's anymore cause it will overheat now 100mph at 5400rpm's :o so 5 speed rocks on the highway but city driving i like my auto but miss my 5 speed sometimes (auto, stick, auto, stick??????) :?
