Thats right the dsm sleeper strikes again, on tampa rd. from a 2nd gear roll in palm harbor. I let him get the jump, pulled him in and passed him by the end of 2nd, 3 cars on him by the end of 3rd and shift to neutral. He's like what you got in that thing? HA!

i live in the palm harbor area..i only know of 2 sr20's around here..one being enthalpy's(which i doubt ur beating in ur FWD dsm) and another one(red h/b) but i dont recall it having a FMIC and im sure it doesnt have a T3/T4...so..ill call BS also.

What do stock Swapped 240's trap at? I know my FWD Talon was trapping at nearly 99 mph at 14 psi. Those FWD's can scoot.

240's that have the SR swap and just the basics (exhaust, controller, FMIC, etc.) ususally run anywhere from mid to high 13's and trap over 100. Some even hit low 13's.

My goal is to hit 12.9 before upgrading turbo's.

I know DSM's can run. But the 14b will not run as fast as this kid is trying to pass off his kill stories as, unless the 240 driver didn't have a clue how to drive, or was running 6psi or something...

well 14b`s have gone 12 flat on a 1st gen dsm`s. There is a lot more to building a turbo car than the turbo.

hey brian stamathis, or however you fucking spell your name. the kid with the 240 is a friend of mine, who cant drive, but also has run no more that 8psi of boost in the last 2 or 3 weeks. at 12psi it ran a 13.8, with a couple problems. if you wanna race him again, now that everything is fixed, i am sure he would love to walk you, so would mr 2, and HondaEatingTSi,and DSM, you have a quick car, and granted its the lightest of the T/E/L (ita a 90 or 91 fwd laser), you still need to shut your mouth.
