I don't but I shipped a tranny before 2 ways.... One on a pallet via freight, the other through ups. For that one I tore down the tranny and used the biggest box I found at a local storage place. I used 2 boxes. I shipped to OH and it ran me $93. I take it yours is all intact?

Find a construction site or shipping warehouse and ask for a pallet. Plus you can find people giving away pallets on cragslist. Strap it to the pallet and viola. UPS will ship it on the pallet up to 125 lbs. It should be about 110lbs with the pallets. I've shipped a couple this way before. You can ship through a freight carrier for less,.. but they wont deliver to residential addresses. They would have to pick it up at the nearest terminal for that freight company.
