Default 88 CRX... wiring issues

I have a 1988 Honda Civic CR-X with a b16a with tranny to match. This engine was taken out of my 89 crx and when installed into my 88, I'm being told the dude wired it back wrong. I took 3 pictures of the inside of my car. I took the dash out this am on my own ( never did that before, wasn't that hard. ) the rpms don't move, the gas gauge sits on empty no matter how much gas i add. The temp doesn't read right. I'm taking it all apart so i can try to fix the problems on my own. I need a good wiring diagram for under the hood and under the dash. I guess the dude "ghetto rigged it to get it to work then put it back together and apparently isn't good enough to fix the created problems. I want to re run wires in the best places or sides of the car to run them.

If it was me, I would also call Neal Sutton.
If you want to attempt it your self, you are going to need to download this;
