I was just wondering if you need some sort of lisence to race at Seabring or any of the other courses?
Are there any test and tune type dates that they have if I could run on that wouldn't be some big competition.

Depends on what you want to do at sebring. If you go with a group that has purchased the track for the day you don't need a license (the porsche club goes frequently).
I'm not to sure exactly when the open track days are, but they are rather expensive, yet provide another chance to get on the track.
I'm sure somebody else can give you a better answer......

For open track days, you don't need a license. Some clubs may require previous experience, but no special license.
One club that doesn't require previous experience is chin motorsports. www.chinmotorsports.com Their next event is 12/22/2002. They are kind of expensive...250.00 You will get an instructor that will ride along. I would also ride with your instructor during his/her runs. I highly recommend running at least one track day....you won't regret it.
