i dont think so.. they have different "pattern" plates for ford, chevy, dodge, fwd & reverse pattern. The 727/904 ones are close to 413s, but not exact. So if i can make my own plate based on the 727/904 ones... i'm good!

yeah, i wanted to look at one and see if the shifter plate works how i think it does. Then remove it and make another one which has the 413 pattern, put it in, and hope it works. Then maybe sell the plates or something.

I know for the B&M ones, you buy the shifter, then get different plates. Hurst just sells theirs for each application.. the plate may be riveted it on something.

Thats why i dont want to buy a new hurst, then find i cant remove the plate.

I would stay away from the B&M ones, I've heard of the reverse lockouts failing and general build quality issues.

ok so why wont the plates work? The spacing between the detens?. Worst case, just change the ratio on the lever on the tranny to either increase or decrease the throw.

from what i heard.. yes, the detens are off by a little bit. I dont know if the overall "length" from P to 1 is longer or shorter, so some are right on and some are off, or what.. Thats why i wanted to get one and check it out

go with Cheetah shifter the 1 Mopars use,man i want 1 of them, had a B&M Pro ratchet shifter it was nice a full ratchet action with no levers to shift into 3rd gear like most use much more reliable than other B&M's i had it for 4 years and never missed a gear probably 1 of best B&M makes
