I have a 95 GXE. Unfortunately automatic, but I needed a car at the time. But I only have $400 left to pay on it. Once I'm done with that, I own the car and can do whatever I want So first thing would probably be a turbo setup then a auto to manual swap. It's been done, but extremely time consuming.

 

were it me id do the tranny swap first for control purposes and if you are thinking of maybe doin the motor swap you may want to wait on the turbo i know a guy can get jdm motors and everything just pm me and ill get you in touch with him. I highly recomend the motor swap it will do you way more justice than just a turbo. just a little friendly advice. welcome to TR

 

It would appear that the majority of the car pics in people's sigs on this board are not their actual rides.

I'm not putting it down since many people would rather show what they want instead of what they have.

Its just my observation.

400HP, I guess you're right about that. I'd put my car in my sig, but for 2 reasons I won't, one picture I have is when I lived in chicago, the pic was taken at night so u can't really see my car since the pic was taken by my friend's digicam with no flash. And the other reason is because I was recently a victim of a hit and run when I was parked in a gas station on Kirkman for those of you familiar with orlando. The money I got from insurance, I just used to pay off most of my car so I have that much less interest to pay. Now I have $400 left towards my principle like I said earlier. Once I'm done with that, I'll have more freedom to mod my car.

you shoulda got an se but i understand what you mean by getting what you can afford. i had a 98 sentra gxe but it died 6 months ago. it was going to get turboed and yea it was an automatic and was going to stay automatic. altimas can be nicely fixed up. if you ever need help lemme know...i dont know alot but i know nissan people who do
