95 and 96 use a year specific PCM 97-99 are grouped together. If you want to now why I can tell ya but Im lazy right now.

Woot, woot, because 94 ans 95 had obd 1. As for the 96 i have no idea.

I believe the 96 had the obd2. and as far as 96 to 97, i think it had to do with the rad cooling fan relay, one was extrernal (96) and 97 are internal relays. Or 96 had an extra relay for the fan. Something like that. dont quite remember now :(

the 96 had an external relay, remember that's the one that went bad on the neon that we couldn't find, fuckin punk bastard of a relay. 97 they became integrated

forgot it was an extra relay that ran in series with the "normal" one, if the extra relay blew the fan would not come on at all.

Ordered a new ecu for the shelby to try it out since the one on the csx is an old off road shelby special, got it, it was dead sent it back and never heard from them again. Bastards

yeah, FM sucks shit. I orderd 1 thing from them and they lied about it.

The only reason i ordered my MVB from them was because no one else has one and they are backordered. Turbo Action seems to not want to make them anytime soon.
